Caring for the environment
Los Ángeles Farm is a property located in the Sumapaz region, the lower reaches of the world's largest páramo, in the El Diamante area of Venecia, Cundinamarca, Colombia. Traditional Arabica coffee has been grown on the farm since 1920. Since 2013, they have begun modernizing coffee cultivation and establishing environmental conservation zones. Currently, the Díaz brothers grow specialty coffee with an organic designation of origin, distributed as "Café los Ángeles" and through other partners. They have found in Finca los Ángeles coffee a high-quality source for the development of their products. Finca los Ángeles is committed to producing the highest quality specialty coffee and developing processes that positively impact community life and the environment by creating value for the product, protecting water resources, and adopting responsible and sustainable practices.
We designate specific areas for the conservation of nature and native species. We've also become a second-chance home for many dogs.
Café Los Ángeles currently has a rating of 86 points from the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA) and has quality seals that guarantee the quality of its product. Finca Los Ángeles seeks to build a sustainable collective consciousness through the relationship between the community and the people who visit the farm, centered around the adoption of responsible practices that enable sustainable socioeconomic development—core values of the farm and Café Los Ángeles.
